All Fresh Royal Jelly orders $99 or more get free UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail shipping throughout the United States including orders to Hawaii and Alaska. Ordinarily, your Fresh Royal should arrive in 2 to 3 business days, depending on the method of shipment. Regardless of how your order is shipped, it may defrost and thaw, and does not need to arrive frozen. As long as the product has not been in transit for more than seven days and has not been subjected to extreme heat and air, its nutritional value and integrity will not be affected.
