To guarantee delivery in 2-3 days in the United States, fresh Royal Jelly is shipped frozen with an ice pack, UPS 2nd Day Air, Monday through Wednesday, and USPS Priority Mail, Monday through Saturday depending on location. Most international orders can take 3 to 5 days in transit, and are shipped UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express on Monday or Tuesday. If product arrives thawed, it is still safe to consume  as long as it is refrigerated upon delivery.
