Shipping Policy:

All orders over $99 are shipped free to the United States domestic 48 states. Regular U.P.S. rates apply to international orders and domestic orders under $99. Standard free shipping for U.S. domestic orders is U.P.S. Ground Service unless another service is required, or requested by the customer. This applies to all orders except those containing Fresh Royal Jelly products. Because Fresh Royal Jelly is completely natural, it requires special shipping consideration and is shipped frozen to help ensure its nutritional value is not degraded during shipping. Most orders containing Fresh Royal Jelly must be shipped U.P.S. Second Day Air to guarantee prompt delivery. If your shipping location is within 200 miles of our nearest distribution center the product will actually arrive in less than two days via U.P.S. Ground Service. How your Fresh Royal Jelly order is shipped to you is based solely on getting the product to you in the shortest time possible. Fresh Royal Jelly orders are shipped only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week to be sure the product does not spend the weekend sitting in a distribution center. Regardless of how your order is shipped, the product does not need to arrive within two days, and it does not need to arrive still frozen. Provided it is not in transit for more than four or five days and has not been subjected to extreme heat its nutritional value should not be effected. Fresh Royal Jelly is usually shipped seperately from any other products ordered.
